In this project, our assignment was to keep taking photos, developing them and printing them. Along side that, we were also given the task to research different types of paper. 8 to be exact. After doing our research, we had to choose 4 to print on. I chose two matte, one glossy, and one thin. All of the paper I chose had something unique about it which is why I went with the variety. Below is my research in a bulleted format.

This is the picture I ended up choosing to print for this picture. The subject is of hair mouse on a blue scrubber.

Because I choose to take all of my photos indoors, my RAW photos come out extremely yellow. In my developing stages I have to turn that down. For this specific picture, I used the White Balance: Fluorescent. It did a decent job of getting my colors to look the same as reality. I also did some adjustments to clarity and sharpness.

While printing, we also have to know what kind of paper we are printing on. We also have to have the correct ICC profile for our printer. Some paper I researched did not have those and we had been informed that it would take some time to get an ICC set up for that specific type. Although some were interesting, to save on my own time as well as my professors, I went with ones that already had profiles. While printing, however, I had noticed that my colors were far from what I had developed them to be. The next day, my professor helped me figure out what went wrong during my process. We had figured out that my photos were too grey and needed some adjustments.
These are what the original prints looked like before adjustments:
This is how they turned out after fixing the errors:
It is just a slight difference in color due to the lighting from my room. However, you can see that these a more blue than the previous prints!
